Overview

Stranded Deep is a survival game set in the Pacific Ocean. Taking a queue from films like Cast Away, you survive a plane crash and face life-threatening scenarios in a large open world. As the weather and time of day changes with the hours, you explore the Pacific islands, reefs and oceans for the resources to survive.
As you gain more materials you can settle on an island and build a shelter and raft to explore the ocean. You harvest resources and combine them to invent equipment. These resources and your ability to carry them are very limited, so need to be managed and prioritized.
You also need to look after your general health, hunger, thirst, and sleep. The different elements and weather you face will affect this. Thirst is particularly important, and hydration sources are scarce so you need to learn the skills to craft water collectors. Hunger is also important, so you must catch fish and hunt.
